Technology Retirement Program

ATG brings to the table a suite of competencies that allow us to excel in serving the needs of our clients who are managing the final lifecycle phase of their technology assets. Our competencies include the following;

Auditing & Testing - Upon receipt of your IT asset, ATG will record all of the personality data associated with the assets. Our reporting will provide you with a list of all the assets that we have retrieved, condition rating of the asset and a complete disposition report. This information is captured in an electronic format which will be relayed back to the client. This data will help our clients manage both your maintenance contract reconciliation process and software license reclamation.

Data cleansing - You may be aware that when you delete a file, format a disk or partition a hard drive that your data has not been removed. There exist many programs that can recover your data. This could a serious problem if your data still resides on your IT asset when it has been sold or donated. ATG's data cleansing process will permanently and securely remove all of your data. Our toolsets comply with Department of Defense disk sanitizing standards. This process will give your organization the peace of mind you deserve.

Transportation & Logistics - ATG provides the transportation and logistics to retrieve your IT assets back to our processing center. We provide your organization with a single point of contact for managing your needs on a nationwide basis. After processing we will then coordinate the transportation required for the final disposition of the asset. .

EPA approved ecycling - Electronic equipment contains materials that are hazardous if not managed properly. These hazardous materials include such items as cadium, lead and mercury. The disposal of these materials is regulated under federal waste guidelines. ATG has developed EPA compliant disposal processes for those assets that have no remaining economic value

Remarketing – ATG has developed a number of programs to assist us in remarketing equipment. The common services that are typically performed in the execution of each program are:

• Equipment retrieval - We utilize our transportation capabilities to retrieve your equipment back to our processing center.
• Assign fair market value - To insure you are receiving maximum value for your equipment.
• Refurbish - This includes the data cleansing, testing and cleaning of the system.
• Administer the program - ATG will provide all of the tracking, reporting and payment processing back to the client.
• Payment back to the client - ATG offers significant revenue split back to the client.
• Provide optional warranty- ATG will provide a warranty to the end user as appropriate.

These services are typically performed in the execution of ATG's value recovery programs.
